Appointment & Booking Policy

To reserve your post-operative care services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid before services begin, according to your invoice or service agreement.

• Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

• One complimentary surgery date transfer may be permitted if your procedure is rescheduled. Requests must be made as soon as possible and are subject to caregiver availability.

• Accepted payment methods include cash (Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and Zelle) major credit cards and other approved electronic payment methods, including Affirm, Klarna, and Care Credit. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that surgical plans can change.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Payments for concierge recovery services may be eligible for consideration only if your surgery is canceled by your surgeon or surgical facility due to medical clearance or other provider-documented reasons.

• Documentation from your surgeon or surgery center may be required before any refund request is reviewed.

• Refund approvals are determined solely by Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery.

• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, client no-shows, or cancellations made after services have begun.

Service Start Time Policy

Recovery service time begins at the scheduled start time agreed upon during booking.

For surgery-day packages, service begins once your assigned caregiver receives you from your surgical facility or arrives at your designated recovery location, depending on your selected package.

Any delays caused by the surgical center may affect the service schedule.

Surgery Delays

Surgical procedures occasionally run behind schedule.

If your discharge occurs significantly later than anticipated:

• Your caregiver will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the revised schedule.

• Services may be adjusted based on caregiver availability.

• Extended care beyond your scheduled package may incur additional hourly fees.

• Overnight services may be recommended when appropriate for your safety and comfort.

Overnight Care & Parking

If your package includes overnight recovery services:

• Clients are responsible for any parking fees associated with their residence, hotel, Airbnb, condominium, or recovery location.

• Parking expenses will be added to your final invoice unless prepaid.

Travel Policy

We proudly offer concierge recovery services in designated service areas.

Clients requesting services outside our standard coverage area may incur:

• Travel fees

• Mileage charges

• Hotel accommodations for caregivers (when applicable)

• Additional scheduling fees

Travel requests are subject to availability.

Recovery Location Requirements

To provide safe, effective care, clients are responsible for ensuring the recovery environment is appropriate.

Recovery accommodations should include:

• A clean and safe environment

• Running water

• Electricity

• Air conditioning or adequate climate control

• Accessible bathroom facilities

• Space for the caregiver to safely assist with mobility and recovery

For overnight packages, accommodations should allow the caregiver to remain on-site throughout the scheduled shift.

Scope of Services

Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery provides concierge post-operative support designed to complement—not replace—the care provided by your surgeon and healthcare team.

Our services may include:

• Mobility assistance

• Positioning assistance

• Hydration reminders

• Meal assistance

• Medication reminders

• Assistance with garments

• Light activities of daily living

• Wellness monitoring within the caregiver's professional scope

We do not diagnose medical conditions or replace emergency or physician-directed medical care.

Medical Emergencies

If you experience symptoms including, but not limited to:

• Chest pain

• Difficulty breathing

• Excessive bleeding

• Loss of consciousness

• Severe allergic reaction

• Any life-threatening emergency

Call 911 immediately or seek emergency medical attention.

Our caregivers will assist in activating emergency services when appropriate.

Retail Product Policy

For health and safety reasons, all sales of post-operative supplies, compression garments, recovery accessories, and other retail merchandise are final.

Opened, worn, or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Follow all post-operative instructions provided by their surgeon.

• Provide accurate medical and emergency contact information.

• Notify Sculpted Essentials of any changes to surgery dates, locations, or discharge times as soon as possible.

• Maintain open communication regarding recovery needs throughout scheduled services.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• Conditions become unsafe for our staff.

• The client or guests engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

• Services requested fall outside the caregiver's legal scope of practice.

• Required payments have not been received.

Policy Updates

Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will become effective upon publication on our website.

I also recommend adding two additional policies that many luxury concierge recovery companies don't include but that provide valuable legal protection:

• Companion Policy (whether a responsible adult is required after surgery, depending on the procedure and package)

• Photography & Social Media Policy (clarifying that no photos or videos of clients will be taken or shared without written consent, protecting client privacy and HIPAA considerations where applicable).

Companion Policy

Certain surgical procedures and anesthesia protocols may require that you have a responsible adult present during the initial stages of your recovery, as determined by your surgeon or surgical facility.

Our concierge recovery services are designed to provide supportive care after discharge; however, they do not replace any discharge requirements established by your medical provider.

Clients are responsible for:

• Following all discharge instructions provided by their surgeon or surgical center.

• Ensuring all facility-specific discharge requirements are met prior to leaving the surgical center.

• Informing Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery of any changes to discharge instructions that may affect scheduled services.

If your surgeon or surgical facility requires a designated companion before releasing you, arrangements must be made before your procedure. Failure to meet discharge requirements may delay or prevent the start of your scheduled recovery services.

Privacy, Confidentiality & Photography Policy

At Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery, we understand that cosmetic surgery is a personal journey. We are committed to protecting your privacy and treating all personal information with professionalism and discretion.

Our caregivers maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions and will not discuss your care, medical information, or personal details with anyone who is not authorized by you or required by law.

Photography & Video

Your privacy is our priority.

• No photographs or videos of you will be taken for marketing or promotional purposes without your prior written consent.

• Any testimonials, before-and-after images, or social media content featuring you will only be shared with your explicit written authorization.

• Clients are welcome to decline participation in any marketing materials without affecting the quality of services received.

Home & Hotel Access Policy

To provide safe and efficient care, clients receiving services in a private residence, hotel, Airbnb, or recovery house agree to provide our caregiver with safe access to the location at the scheduled appointment time.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate entry instructions before the appointment.

• Ensuring the caregiver can enter the property without unnecessary delays.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, smoke-free environment during the scheduled service.

If our caregiver is unable to access the location due to incorrect information or the client is unavailable, service time will continue to run as scheduled.

Client Safety Policy

Your safety is our highest priority.

Our caregivers will provide services within their professional training and scope of practice while encouraging you to follow your surgeon's recovery instructions.

For your safety, we ask clients to:

• Notify us immediately of any changes in their condition.

• Keep emergency contact information current.

• Report any concerns regarding medications, allergies, or post-operative instructions.

• Contact their surgeon immediately if they experience symptoms outside the normal recovery process.

Our caregivers are trained to recognize when emergency medical attention may be necessary and will assist in contacting emergency services when appropriate.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and caregivers.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Verbal abuse

• Harassment

• Threatening behavior

• Physical violence

• Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct

• Discrimination of any kind

If inappropriate behavior occurs, services may be terminated immediately without refund. When necessary, local law enforcement may be contacted.

Infection Prevention Policy

The health and safety of our clients and caregivers are extremely important.

Our team follows established infection prevention practices, including appropriate hand hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when indicated.

Clients are asked to notify us before their appointment if they have been diagnosed with, or are experiencing symptoms of, a contagious illness. In certain situations, services may need to be rescheduled to protect the health and safety of everyone involved.

Communication Policy

To provide the highest level of service, we ask clients to communicate any updates regarding their surgery, discharge time, recovery location, or recovery needs as soon as possible.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate schedule changes; however, last-minute changes may be subject to caregiver availability and additional fees.

Sculpted Essentials: Drip & Recovery provides concierge post-operative support services designed to complement the care provided by your surgeon and healthcare team. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Clients should always follow the instructions provided by their surgeon and promptly contact their healthcare provider with any medical questions or concerns. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.
